week, there was a dramatic clash between Koeman and Bergwijn after the national team boss. Was unhappy that the 26-year-old winger decided to move to Al-Ittihad in Saudi Arabia, saying it was a transfer for money, not football. And that he would not consider him for the national team again. Bergwijn then came out to hit back
fiercely, saying that Koeman had treated the team wrong and that he did not want to play for Koeman anymore.
This issue was brought up again with Koeman http://ufabet999.app after Depay decided to leave European football. He moved to Corinthians in the Brazilian league. But Koeman insisted Depay’s case was different and he would still consider the 30-year-old for his country.
“I don’t agree with Bergwijn moving to Saudi Arabia, with Memphis it’s different,” Koeman explained.
“The level of the Brazilian league is different to Saudi Arabia. So of course Depay still has the opportunity to be involved in the national team, but it depends on his fitness and he can continue to play at the standard that he can play for his country.”
